The Maine Snowmobile Association is encouraging all clubs to take a few minutes to complete an important survey about the Maine Trails Program (MTP).

Whether your club applied for funding this year, plans to apply in the future, or has never applied, we want the snowmobile community’s voice to be heard.

The Maine Trails Coalition and Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands are gathering feedback to better understand the needs of Maine’s trail organizations and improve resources available to future grant applicants.

The survey asks about:

• • Experiences with the new MTP application process

• • Challenges or concerns about applying for funding

• • Trail and infrastructure needs over the next 1–3 years, including bridges, drainage, trail improvements, and accessibility

MSA clubs maintain thousands of miles of trails across Maine, and your input can help demonstrate the real funding and infrastructure needs facing our trail system.
